For the 32nd time, Göteborg Film Festival will hand out the award for best Nordic film, Dragon Award Best Nordic Film with a prize sum of one million SEK.
Amongst the the eight nominees are Jorunn Myklebust Syversen’s Disco starring Josefine Frida as the young Christian dancer Mirjam, who after a collapse begins questioning both her career and her faith. Director Malou Reymann’s feature film début A Perfectly Normal Family starring Mikkel Boe Følsgaard is also nominated.
The winner will be announced on the Dragon Award gala on February 2. Göteborg Film Festival takes place from January 24 to February 3.
