Congratulations to Esben Smed for winning the Danish Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in Niels Arden Oplev and Anders W. Berthelsen’s Daniel (Ser du månen, Daniel). The film also won the Audience Award and the award for Best Adapted Screenplay by Anders Thomas Jensen.

This year’s Robert Award ceremony was held Sunday, January 26th in Copenhagen celebrating Denmark’s achievement in television and film.
