The Norwegian National Touring theatre, Riksteatret, has gathered some of the country’s finest actors in a completely new version of Peer Gynt starring Anders Baasmo in the title role. »I have always wanted to play Peer Gynt«, Baasmo says. »If we do it the right way, I think we can get closer to the core, closer to what the play is really about.
