Sarah-Sofie Boussnina can be seen in Garth Davis’ upcoming biopic of Mary Magdalene in which Joaquin Phoenix stars as Jesus Christ and Rooney Mara plays the title role. Garth Davis is directing the film from a script written by Helen Edmundson and Philippa Goslett. Mary Magdalene is produced by Universal Pictures International Productions in collaboration with See-Saw Films (producer of The King’s Speech). It is set to premiere in March 2018.
