The movie will celebrate its world premiere in the Panorama section at the Berlinale in February.
Set in the Danish countryside, Wildland follows a 17-year old girl, Ida, who moves in with her aunt and cousins after the tragic death of her mother in a car accident. The home is filled with love, but outside of the home, the family leads a violent and criminal life. Wildland is written by Ingeborg Topsøe, and produced by Eva Jakobsen, Katrin Pors and Mikkel Jersin for Snowglobe.
The Berlin Internatinal Film Festival runs from February 20 to March 1.
